The Details

For this project, Vision Woodworking worked closely with the visionaries at Food Truck Alley to bring their immersive dining experience to life. For those that have been fortunate enough to walk through the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, it’s safe to say it’s one of the best in the country. With shopping, services, and unique dining experiences, there’s something for everyone. Food Truck Alley is only a small piece of that pie, but perhaps, it is the one that stands out the most!

For this project, we were responsible for the following at Food Truck Alley:

  • White Cedar – Suspended Ceiling Beams
  • 1” Solid Ash Butcher Block Table Tops on Custom Metal Frames
  • Quartz Tops at Check Out Counter (no longer there, replaced by Sebastian Joe’s)
  • Quartz Top at Large Curved Bar Counter
  • Stainless Steel Condiment Cart w/Fabric Canopy – Total Custom Build
  • Custom-Fabricated Bike Counter for Sebastian Joe’s

Food Truck Alley was such a fun and memorable experience for our team! We are excited for more projects of this nature in the future.
